Orders placed before 14:00 (on working days) will be shipped the same day. A track and trace code will be provided as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. During the holiday season, delivery may take longer. However, we will do everything we can to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged, unless the product is faulty. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

We recommend using insured ground services with a tracking number for returns. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages; however, we will do everything possible to resolve such issues in a way that is satisfactory for both parties.
Any additional costs due to customs procedures, including duties or import taxes, are also the responsibility of the customer.
