Returns Once a purchase has been received, if the user is not satisfied with the product, Hellen van Berkel will allow refunds within fourteen days from the date of receipt as long as the product has not been used or damaged. Hellen van Berkel does not accept exchanges or returns of items damaged or used or without original packaging, unless the product is faulty. In the event that a user wishes to make an exchange, kindly arrange a return for a full refund and place a new order.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, in their original box.

Hellen van Berkel is not responsible for any subsequent or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
