Water ecru scarf
This lightweight scarf is screen-printed with pretty tones of green, in an interesting graphic pattern.
It can be used as a scarf but also as a pareo. The fabric is handwoven Khadi.
Khadi cotton was famously used by Mahatma Gandhi during India’s struggle for independence, as it was a symbol of self-sufficiency and self-reliance.
Today, Khadi cotton is still woven in Indian villages by skilled artisans, many of whom are women.
By purchasing Khadi cotton products, like this dress, you are not only supporting the livelihoods of these artisans but also helping to empower women and their families.
100 x 200 cm with small fringes.
