The Rijksmuseum commissioned me to develop a scarf based on the painting ‘Still life with flowers in a glass vase’ by Jan Davidszoon De Heem, made between 1650 and 1683. I took out the most beautiful flowers and insects and carefully positioned them on a new canvas of 100% heavy silk
