An order placed before 14.00 (working days) will be sent out that same day and will reach you within 1-3 days in Europe, and in 3+ days outside of Europe. You can follow your order with the track and trace code that will be provided as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. During the Holiday season, things may take a bit longer, but obviously, we will do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.
Once the purchase has been received, if the user is not satisfied with the product, Hellen van Berkel will allow refunds within fourteen days from the date of receipt as long as the product has not been used or damaged. Hellen van Berkel does not accept exchanges or returns of items damaged or used or without original packaging, unless it is faulty. In the event that the user wants to exchange an item for another, he shall proceed to return it for a full refund and place a new order. Changes of different color or model will be allowed, as long as the new scarf was available in the stock.
Place the original package into a shipping carton, and send it to: Hellen van Berkel Heartmade Prints, Lochemseweg 101, 7215 RB Joppe, the Netherlands. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, in their original box. Hellen van Berkel is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
